SITE DESCRIPTION

From NW Branch (by Home Depot) past Queens Chapel / Adelphi to Riverdale Park (almost US 1). High traffic volume, fast drivers. Portion east of Queens Chapel Rd. has narrow to non-existent shoulders. We want traffic calming, bike lanes! Bus stops at MD 410 across from Home Depot lack sidewalk approaches and rest areas, are in open ditches, are heavily used.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Add Bike lanes entire length.
• Sidewalks needed near Home Depot (both north and south sides).
• Sidewalks needed at University Town Center development (north side) to Adelphi Rd.
