SITE DESCRIPTION

From the terminus of 33rd Street down the stairs to the Nicholas Orem Middle School parking lot (is this a street or a parking lot?) continuing north on Editors Park Dr (just south of Giant) to East West Highway, across the pedestrian flashing light (can someone activate it?) to PG Plaza mall.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Make easier for bikes to go up and down the stairs area?
If the signal is not pedestrian actuated, than it should be?
