I belileve it is Armentrout Parkway. (PP2)

In pp5 Note should indicate that there is also a section of a few miles in the middle of the trail from DC to Pgh that detours on road due to collapse of the toe path into the river.

shjould last reccomendation refer to the sidewalk as a bikepath, as bikes can also go on roadways and pedestrians are entitled to glass free walkways anyway.
